Anyone can bolt a unit to a wall. The difference between an installation that purrs for fifteen years and one that fails in three is everything you can't see — so we document all of it, on every job, and you get the record.
Every installation, no exceptions
- Pressure tested — the pipework is pressure-tested with nitrogen and held, with the readings recorded. A leak found now costs nothing; a leak found next summer costs your refrigerant and your cooling.
- Vacuum verified — the system is evacuated to a measured deep vacuum and checked for decay before any refrigerant flows. This is the step rushed installers skip; it's the difference between a system that lasts and one that quietly corrodes.
- Photographed before it's covered — serial plates, joints, gauge readings, the finished job inside and out. Labelled evidence, attached to your job record.
- F-Gas certified engineers only — it's illegal for anyone else to connect refrigerant lines. Every job is installed and commissioned by a certified engineer, and you receive the F-Gas documentation to prove it.
- Signed off by you — the job isn't finished when we say so; it's finished when you've seen the commissioning certificate and signed it. You keep the PDF.
- Tidy or it isn't done — hidden pipe runs in trunking, condensate drainage water-tested, packaging and waste gone when we leave.
Why we publish this
Because you'll get cheaper quotes — and you should know exactly what the difference buys. When a quote is £300 less, ask: will it be pressure-tested and the readings recorded? Vacuum-verified? Photographed before the trunking goes on? Will you get a signed certificate, or a wave from the van? Our price includes the proof.
